Rebuild of a secondary crusher & Crushing machines expertise

Haladjian Minerals Solutions took on the challenge to give a second life to a clients’ secondary crusher that needed our mining expertise. Used in an alluvial quarry, the crushing machine needed some reconditioning work to be done.

In the end, our mining expertise in crushing and grinding machines was of good help for the rebuild of this important mining equipment. We provided a new frame assembly and adjusted and replaced the locking rings and then a new head assembly was installed. Finally, Haladjian Minerals Solutions provided new safety elements on the machine to make sure all the equipment stays safe and conform to safety regulations.
